Tony Hsieh is the CEO of online shoe and clothing retailer Zappos. Since its inception in 1999, Zappos has grown to be the largest online shoe store known for its corporate values and customer loyalty. Today, Tony is leading Zappos to the forefront of understanding the evolution of customers and how this impacts growth. By putting a model in place that redefined customer service and delivering to its customers’ higher brand expectations, Zappos has become a billion dollar business with millions of loyal site visitors. Prior to starting Zappos, Tony created and sold the Internet advertising network LinkExchange. Along with being an executive and entrepreneur, Tony recently authored the book Delivering Happiness.
