The road to a new "bump" Internet has itself encountered a few bumps, as the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has suffered from a security breach that forced it to shut down registration for a while -- and, in the interim, has given people the opportunity to bring up issues such as trademarks and profiteering.
